10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.2. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. LOYALTY POINTS
11.1 Loyalty points are issued to customers with accounts for purchases made on our website. Loyalty points can only be earnt and redeemed if the customer is logged into their account.
11.2 Teepeg reserve the right to not enable points to be redeemed on top of any other promotions or sale items.
11.3 Loyalty points will be deducted from a customer's account when product(s) are returned for a refund.
11.4 Teepeg reserve the right to issue or withdraw loyalty points at any time.
11.5 Loyalty points expire 24 months from the issue date.
11.6 Loyalty points can only be redeemed at Teepeg.
11.7 For every £1 spent you earn 1 point. (e.g. £100 item earns 100 points) 200 points can be redeemed for £5 off.
