3.4.1 Process Orders
- We need to collect and process your data to process any orders online – Without collecting this data we would be unable to process your order and to comply with our legal obligations.
- We may be required to share your data with our partners to complete the contract we have entered with you. For example, your delivery details will need to be shared with our logistics company to deliver the product/products ordered online.
- If you choose to pay with either a debit or credit card online, we will need to process your payment data during checkout to complete the transaction. Following a transaction, we may keep your details for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil any subsequent contractual obligations such as refunds.
